Shipping & Returns
​Ready to ship items are sent within 5 working days. Made to order pieces will be dispatched after the stated lead time (usually 2 - 4 weeks).
If you have ordered a combination of made to order and ready to ship items, these will be sent alltogether once the made to order items are ready. If you would like two seperate deliveries, to receive your 'ready to ship' items more swiftly, please email and we will send a link to cover the additional postage fee.

We ship to the UK, USA and Canada but are sadly not currently able to ship to Europe.

UK Delivery
​
Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail, tracked 48hr service.
Particularly large or high value parcels will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery.
USA - Shipping & Tariff Rates
​
A 10% fee will be added to your order and the postage, to cover the import tariff from UK to USA. We ship using Royal Mail international tracked delivery, and the 10% tariff will be paid to customs in advance so you don't need to do anything. A tracking number will be sent once your purchase is on its way to you.
Other International Delivery, Customs and Import

We ship abroad using Royal Mail international tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your purchase is on its way to you.

Please note: Some countries will require you to pay custom fees and import duties on your purchase. Please do a little research on weather this could affect you, as the buyer is responsible for paying any import charges.

Returns
​
Due to the nature of our items being made by hand (often especially for you!) we do not offer returns as standard. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to enquire about a return, please contact us to discuss options via studio@carnwear.uk

If a return has been agreed, please send your items back within 14 days of purchase, and in an unused condition with original packaging and tags.
​
Returns must be sent back using a trackable service, and once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
​
Postage fees for returning an item are the customers responsibility and delivery costs for returns are non-refundable.
